This book provided you a definetion for common used literary terms such as literary genres, styles, forms, movements, period and technical terms. This book also has some example from widely used high-school and college texts to clarify those terms. Available at Arts library, Chulalongkorn University.

 

• Drury, John.  The poetry dictionary.  Cincinnati, Ohio : Story press, 1995.

This book provided concise, clear, accurate, and current definetions of the terms and traditions of poetry. Recomended for you who want to understand the poem deeply and for you who want to write a poem. Available at Arts library, Chulalongkorn University.

This is the book used in Introduction to The Study of English Literature class at Chulalongkorn University. it describes literary elements very clearly and very recommended for collge students who study literature firmally for the first time. Available at Arts library, Chulalongkorn University.
